We are very fortunate to have joined forces with people from all walks of life that had a dream and drive just like you. Filled with ideas, opinions and knowledge, they wanted to be a positive voice and vision in the world. They wanted to share themselves and connect with others! PODCAST DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION
Whether you are just a beginner or already established, we have various services to help you with all of your podcasting needs. Below is each and every step it takes to create a podcast and publish it to the world for listeners to stream and download. Podcast Programs have all of these services included, in their entirety. If you prefer to work together on a task by task basis, we are happy to oblige. For detailed rate and time information, please contact us. Combining services will be charged at a discount.
SERVICES OFFERED:
Podcast “Brain Storm” Consultation – One (1) hour session(s) spent discussing the creative process of your individual content where I will provide guidance, input, recommendations, action plan instructions & answer all your questions about your podcast vision.
Podcast Studio Set-Up – Setting up the proper layout for your home or business recording space. It may include the installation of sound-dampening material or minor construction to create make-shift walls/panels to create the most economically sound recording space.
Equipment Ordering – Selecting the most appropriate recording equipment for your specific podcast project. Equipment can be purchased by you directly at your expense OR we can select a recording package based on your level of comfort for a rate. NOTE: The complexity of your equipment will affect the instruction we provide (i.e. the more advanced your tech is, the longer it will take us to teach you how to use it)
Podcast Recording (Your Studio) – Onsite production support while your podcast episode is being recorded in your studio. This includes monitoring the audio recording, volume levels, coaching in real time, and marking specific vocal “snafus” for later edits.
Podcast Recording (Our Studios) - You record your podcast episode in our recording studio. Studio is sound-dampened and provides an all-inclusive recording experience. We provide high-quality recording equipment, a comfortable spot to record and all you need to bring is your voice.
Podcast Editing – Audio clean-up and technical modifications to the podcast track. This includes deleting a reasonable amount of “aah’s” & “umms”, or while tightening the flow of the audio track.
Podcast Recording Equipment Set-Up – Unboxing and proper set-up of microphones, wiring, recorders, and/or recording software. Based on the complexity of your new equipment, it may require our orientation before providing you proper instructions.
Podcast Audio Clean-Up - This includes balancing left and right audio channels, equalizing highs and lows and eliminating noise in the background of your audio track.
Podcast Equipment Training – Time spent walking you through the features and capabilities of your recording equipment. This is a session for basic recording “know-how”, equipment functionality, monitoring your own recording levels, proper wiring, microphone usage, etc. Training is not finished until you feel absolutely comfortable with your recording equipment and set-up, on your own.
Podcast Thumbnail Design & Branded Graphics – Creating your podcast’s signature iTunes thumbnail that best represents your brand. This includes the initial thumbnail graphic design and all social media channel banner images, formatted to each platform. All images are created in both JPEG and PNG formats.
Podcast Intro/Outro – The best audio content layout to introduce your podcast and close the sow out. This can include scripted VO, licensed music, sound effects, etc. Prices are set based on complexity or intro/outro. (i.e. Just using a song track versus using multiple songs, audio clips, VO’s, and/or sound effects) we can provide VO at no charge. Any outside VO talent will be paid for by you and the coordination of obtaining VO audio clips for editing is done by us.
Podcast Voice-Over – Scripted recordings to introduce or announce segments of your podcast. This can include scripted VO or improvisation. We provide a minimum of five (5) high-quality takes per line and provide to you in WAV or MP3 format.
Podcast Note Taking & Timestamps – Describing the summary of your podcast in detail within the show notes and/or timestamping discussion points during the podcast (i.e. @03:14 – Sam walks through the most lethal moves in Jiu Jitsu).
Podcast Web Hosting – Setting up and publishing the LAUNCH episode via RSS feed via online podcast webhost. This includes your show’s account profile, host website page, and uploading graphics/images to your podcast site. We then disseminate the RSS feed to iTunes, Google Podcast, and other players for your audience to find and listen to!
Monthly Podcast Production Subscription following Podcast Launch – Full production and publication podcast, not exceed four (4) podcast per month, following your podcast launch or your current publication.
